Los Osos Building Moratorium Lifted! SLO County Supervisors approved lifting the 35-year ban on the Los Osos building moratorium. Speaker - Kip Morais, Planner County of SLO, will provide an update on the building moratorium and on any other changes in Los Osos and the Habitat Conservation Plan and any other housing/planning updates that include the unincorporated area of Los Osos.
