I'm a service-minded, central coast native, with a background in marine ecology and hospitality. It is my pleasure to serve both sellers and buyers, with the majority of transactions serving as a listing agent. Besides providing caring and conscientious guidance to my customers and clients, I make sure to stay educated about current events in our profession in order to provide the most up-to-date knowledge, options, and solutions for whatever hurdles they face. Working well with other agents/brokers is a trait I'm proud of, stemming from clear communication with agents on the other side of a transaction, as well as with referral agents (incoming and outgoing). Beyond the transaction, I'm happy to say that many of my clients have become friends (if they weren't already) along the way. We enjoy cook-outs, concerts, and community events together from time-to-time! I'm also the caregiver to my foster-turned-adopted senior dog, Rooney, as well as my mother. She is my "why". And, when I can get to the ocean, I'm a major watersport enthusiast!
